It is a great
pleasure for me to present this company portfolio which will
provide a comprehensive overview of the past accomplishments
and future capabilities of SKB.
With over 60 years of notable achievements in the field of
construction in Pakistan & world-wide, we have in the recent
years also focused on the demand of international community
& new construction trends especially in the Central Asia and
the Middle East. We hope that with our extensive experience,
technical knowhow & reliable resources, we shall maintain
our mark in these markets for next decades.
In view of the changing scenario of the construction
industry worldwide, we are also currently upgrading our
capabilities to include turn-key services of planning,
feasibility study, design, construction, operation and
maintenance. Along with that company has also maintained
strong relations with well-known international consultants
to offer EPC solutions to our Clients.
It is with pure dedication that we galvanize all our efforts
and deploy all our resources from concept to commissioning
to achieve success. We assure our clients of being
end-to-end integrated partners in their projects. Our
diverse portfolio encompasses energy, Industrial projects,
infrastructure projects, airports, land development, housing
sector, water treatment plants, barrages, dams, electrical/
mechanical and O&M projects. The company has successfully
financed a number of Build-Operate-Transfer (B.O.T) projects
in Turkmenistan and Pakistan in recent years.
